Cristina Lima

Cristina Lima is a winemaker by profession and a fado singer by passion. She grew up listening to fado with her parents and sang among friends and family. But it is in 2016, when she attends the rehearsal room for performers at the Museu do Fado, that the song from Lisbon becomes decisive in her life. She considers herself a traditional fado singer and in each show she sings genuinely, feeling and making her every word feel.

At this event, Cristina Lima presents a fado and a wine, both of her authorship and with the same title: "A Mulher e o Vinho". The show will begin with the presentation of this theme, followed by some more fados. After the concert, there is a tasting of the wine created by the fado singer, on the esplanade of the Museum.

Cristina Lima will be accompanied by João Ferreira Martins on Portuguese guitar, Pedro Martins on fado viola and Filipe Teixeira on bass.
